Media and Society in Palestine

Summary: The project aimed at building stronger relations between the media in the Middle-East and the UK by exploring media’s role in the society and in covering societal issues. The Palestinian regional focus group, led by MDC, dealt with training local media professionals (story writers, animators, technicians) and producing 8 animation stories related to the Palestinian society that were published on local Palestinian TV stations and on the web.
