The professional training course in camera and lighting skills at the Media Development Center at Birzeit University has finished. The course began on April, 9 ending April 14, 2011 and consisting of 30 hours of training classes.
19 media professionals from different areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem participated in the course which included both theory and practical training covering the foundations of photography and how to set the lighting in different lighting conditions and according to the objective of the film, whether documentary or fiction.
The training sessions were carried out by the international director, Peter Chapel, who has directed several feature films and documentaries and has received training in many countries all over the world.
