Muhanned Qadan has been a Sound Engineer at the Media Development Center (MDC) since its creation in 1996, and acts as a technical consultant for its Radio Unit. Besides, he is lecturing students from Birzeit University’s Media Department on radio lab – radio arts and directing. He holds a BSC in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Feati University (Philippines).
