Buthayna Alsemeiri started her career as a research assistant with UNRWA in Gaza, and then developed her professional experience in the NGO sector as an office and project manager both in Gaza and Ramallah. She has been working for the Media Development Center since 2000, especially on financial and project management – sustaining its first international funding partner, and coordinating local media projects. Buthayna holds a MA in Peace Keeping Management from University of Turin (Italy) and a MA in Sociology from Birzeit University (Palestine).
